In 2012, the owner purchased a residence in the St. Regis Atlanta. The 4130 SF unit had been built out by the previous owner. We modified the original design to suit the new owner's needs and selected new finishes and paint colors to finish out the space. In 2014, the owner purchased the adjoining unit and engaged us to combine them into one larger 8685 SF unit.
