Placencia, Stann Creek District, Belize, Central America
This project is located on the Placencia Peninsula in Belize, Central America. It consists of 100 residential condominiums in 18 buidings with two pools, a restaurant, tennis courts, fitness center, business center, and a concierge. The project was to be completed in phases: the first phase was completed in 2009. The client was Boris Mannsfeld & Associates.
I was Project Manager for the project working with Vice President, Ryan Lee, and Design Renderer, Rick Casey. The 3 of us worked on the site plan and building design collaboratively. I also managed the project, produced all of the drawings, attended client meetings, performed an initial site visit, and coordinated the engineers. The construction was managed by the owner and the civil engineer on site.
